Welcome to our properties page for Costa Rica. We primarily are investing on the Pacific side of Costa Rica. We have several projects between Jaco and Quepos. From as small as 100 acres up to as large as 1,450 acres. Costa Rica has been one of the top 5 areas in the world to invest in over the last several years. The country is very investor friendly and has a high demand by many international investors. Below are some of the projects we are involved in. If you have an interest in purchasing a piece of real estate to develop or have an interest in developing with us feel free to contact us with your specific interest. Keep in mind our projects in Costa Rica have water: a limited resource which is crucial when investing there. If you have invested with, or are thinking about investing with someone in Costa Rica, verify they have water on the property, and/or the permits for it.
